1. Services
C P A Group provides you with our Services subject to the Terms and Conditions at this website. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing and browsing the website, you accept and consent to, without limitation or qualification, the Terms and Conditions. We may amend the Terms and Conditions and other rules and policies relevant to the use of www.pieraugehongkong.com without prior notice. Your continuing use of our Services will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. 
2. Order Acknowledgement & Acceptance  
By registering and completing the Ordering Procedure, you agree to offer to purchase our products. An Order Acknowledgement will be sent by email to acknowledge your order. However, this is not an acceptance of your order. We will only send you the acceptance or confirmation of your order once we have checked availability of stock and courier service. We reserve the right not to accept orders for products or services.  
3. Risk & Liability 
It is the duty of C P A Group to ensure that your purchased items are properly packaged and transported to the Post Office or a courier company for delivery to you. We accept no liability of loss or damage once the items are passed to a shipping company due to circumstances beyond our control.  
4. Customer's Obligation  
By using this website, we regard and expect you as having the authority and legal capacity to agree to the Terms and Conditions. You will comply with all applicable agreements, law, statutes, ordinances and regulations with regard to the use of our Services.
5. Payment Terms & Methods  
All order transactions can be settled by PayPal, and cash (HK$).C P A Group does not accept personal or company cheques.

6. PayDollar   
C P A Group completes every transaction in Hong Kong Dollar (HK$). Should you choose to checkout in your local currency, or another currency, other than HKD$ with the bank, the transaction amount in your local currency billed by the bank (as shown on your credit card statement) may differ slightly from the amount shown on C P A Group invoice. In any case, the transaction amount billed by the bank (as shown on your credit card statement) is based on the exchange rate computed by the bank on the day of billing, and should be taken as the actual and final transaction amount. For your record and reference, the HK$ amount is also shown in bracket underneath the transaction amount in your local currency on all C P A Group invoices.
7. Tax, Duties & Custom Clearance Policies  
You are responsible for all taxes and duties and custom charges from your local customs. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local Customs for further information. You are considered the importer of the ordered merchandise and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.  
SHIPPING 
The order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your order list will be shipped once the items is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. 
Shipping Methods and Costs 
C P A Group offers worldwide delivery services by the HongKong Post in the form of small packets or parcels through SpeedPost.  Shipping charges depend upon the weight, size, and destinations of shipments.Details for reference :

C P A Group makes every effort to ensure all orders reach the customers safely and quickly. Mail Tracking number will be provided to the customers for tracking purpose.
 Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays in Hong Kong.
Damaged Item
If you receive damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by e-mail. Please provide us with your item name from your original order confirmation. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number.C P A Group will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
The products must be returned in good condition and pack the item securely in the original package, or use a new packing box if necessary.All return shipping charges must be prepaid. For your protection, we recommend that you register or insure your parcel for the return, ship the return package to :
