Your Order
Emails About Your Order
After you place your order, you will receive emails about your order. This email confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this email for your records.
Order In Progress. This email informs you that credit card is charged and the item is being packed. Keep this email for your records.
Dispatch Confirmation. This email confirms that your order has been shipped. Mail Tracking number will be provided to the customers for tracking purpose. The arrival time of your order depends on the item ordered and your shipping location.

Delivery of Your Items
Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 2-7 full business days depending on your location. When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. however, if damage did occur, accept the package and contact us immediately by email.
Delivery Timing
All orders received will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Normally, your order will be shipped within 2-3 working days from the date of receiving an Order Acknowledgement. Transit time will normally be another 3-7 working days, depending on the destination country. Please note that these are estimated timings only and not a guarantee of actual delivery timings.
Cancellations
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

Difficulty in processing your payment information.
Cannot ship to address provided.
Duplicate order was placed.
Cancelled due to a customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via email which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be invoiced for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact us by email for a recommendation.
